Let's start with a few random facts to break the ice: I'm a twin mama and entrepreneur - MOMtrepreneur if you will!

Some of my hobbies include roller skating, shopping (is that a hobby?), and looking at the stars. Trips to Starbucks and Target are what I call "vacations!" 

And speaking of vacations, I love to travel - Paris is my favorite city by far 💗

On to the business piece: For over a decade my passion has been connecting talent to the right opportunities.

I have placed candidates at Meta, Nike, Progressive Insurance, PNC Bank, and AmerisourceBergen/Cencora to name a few. I've worked to place candidates in IT, Marketing, Retail, Apparel Development and Design, Operations, Corporate, Risk Management, Banking, Claims, and many other lines of businesses.

In my time recruiting, I have developed a unique skill of being able to look at job specs, ask the important questions of my hiring manager, and translate that information into effective searches to identify, engage, and convert passive talent into hires.

Ultimately, it is my goal to help match clients with the right candidates and candidates with the right opportunities.  I pride myself in my ability to identify solid talent, engage talent, and translate talent to quality hires with high retention rates. What brings me joy is the feeling of when I have introduced my client to a candidate who is their perfect fit - knowing I am facilitating meaningful connections is what gets me up in the morning.
